A 15-minute grace period may be allowed at our discretion. If you arrive later than this, any rearranged pickup will be strictly at our discretion and subject to availability. Where this is not possible, the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be given.

6.2. Allow 30 minutes on Hire Start Date for briefing and completing paperwork. A Vehicle Check Sheet confirming condition will be completed and signed by both Parties as part of the Rental Agreement. Refusal to sign will result in forfeiture of the Hire. You must inspect and report any pre-existing damage before departure.

6.3. The Vehicle must be returned to the Premises (or other pre-agreed location) at an allocated time (provided upon confirming booking) which will typically be between 10am and 11am on the Hire End Date. A 15-minute grace period may be allowed at our discretion. Late returns without prior agreement will incur a £100 per hour fee (minimum 1 hour) and may also result in additional charges deducted from the Security Deposit.

6.4. If agreed, returning the Vehicle to a different location or having it collected does not relieve you of responsibility until the Vehicle is received by Us or recovery service.

6.5. No refunds are given for early returns.

6.6. Upon return, the Vehicle and all equipment must be in good condition as per the Vehicle Check Sheet.

6.7. The Vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as it was provided with; any shortage will be charged or deducted from the Security Deposit.

In the case of Delivery/pickup by Wee Weddings NI: -

6.8 The Vehicle will be delivered at the agreed time and to the location specified by the Hirer at the time of booking. While Wee Weddings NI will make every reasonable effort to deliver promptly, no penalties or compensation will be due in the event of unavoidable delays.

6.9. Please allow up to 30 minutes at the start of your hire for a briefing and to complete the necessary paperwork. A Vehicle Check Sheet confirming the Vehicle’s condition will be completed and signed by both Parties as part of the Rental Agreement. Refusal to sign this document will result in forfeiture of the Hire. The Hirer must inspect and report any pre-existing damage before departure.

6.10. The Vehicle will be picked up at a mutually agreed time and location confirmed at the time of booking. While Wee Weddings NI will make every reasonable effort to meet the agreed schedule, no penalties or compensation will be due in the event of unavoidable delays.

6.11. No refunds are given for early returns.

6.12. Upon return, the Vehicle and all equipment must be in good condition as per the Vehicle Check Sheet.
